Great location close to bus station and beach. Good WiFi signal in public areas. The breakfast was a decent meal.

Housekeeping was inconsistent with towel and room cleaning. Pool can get crowded with rude locals during peak hours.

The new apartments were perfect. With a really good budget they offered everything. Few houses, private swimming pool a small garden, comfortable flat. .

The swimming pool of the new apartments was dirty and we couldn't swim. If it was clean it would have been a perfect combination. But as a place I really recommend these flats

Apart from changing the towels and bed sheets every few days, no other cleaning was done so be prepared to dust and clean kitchen and bathroom. You only get toilet paper so bring your own soap etc and nothing can be found in the kitchen cupboards so you can't even boil water. Some cups , glasses and cutlery found needed to be washed as well as the kitchen sink , bench and table which were very dirty and grimy. They also only had 2 servants which meant that any if any room service was always done around 3 pm when we wanted to rest.

Good, clean apartments in a quite quarter of eastern Limassol, not far from the sea. Close to the highway, has a good location for exploring southern and central Cyprus and the Troodos mountains. There is private car parking behind the building and a swiming pool and cafetaria in the front side. The scenery around is of modern buildings. There are bars, restaurants, shoping malls and services close. There were problems with the supply of warm water on the taps. In April there were few customers on the hotel.

We had to ask the staff for providing the supply of warm water in the taps.

when coming by car the place is a bit hard to find (as there are hardly any street names by which you can go)

Easy access to the beach and tourist shops/supermarkets etc. Fab rock bar just down the road caleed the Tepee...must visit if go there!! Hotel easy to find. No bugs or creapy crawlies (we went March n was on 2nd floor) Didnt eat there so cant judge. Maids every day but some days we didnt have them, our choice, and just requested new sheets and towels. Happy to help.

One member of staff at the reception desk had a moblie phone stuck to his ear when we were trying to order drinks in bar...rude! Other staff fine though. Rooms look clean on the surface but very dirty under beds etc. Sheets and towels had small holes and some stained. Over blankets on beds were dirty and smelt of curry powder kept leaving them for maid to change but she never did. Bath tiles very mouldy. Kitchenette was a 2 ring electric cooker with hardly any cutlery to use..sausepans etc. plates and cups supplied filthy. HOWEVER...If you need a cheap holiday and are not expecting 5 star for the price there is nothing here that cant really be put right by just asking politely and with a smile...Just ask the staff with no phone to their ear. Cheap stay....you get what you pay for!!

The hotel needs a modernisation (very old furniture), but clean. We only had 2 towels for 2 nights (2 persons).
